After being in production for 13 years, the Lincoln MKZ is approaching the end of the road. It's one of many passenger cars Ford has axed from its North American lineup including the Ford Fiesta, Ford Focus, and Ford Taurus, as the Blue Oval automaker shifts its focus to SUVs, crossovers, and electric cars.
Despite its imminent death, Lincoln updated the luxury sedan for the 2020 model year with new exterior colors, revised trim levels, new wheel designs, and a new grille design for some trims, but this wasn't enough to rejuvenate sales. Prepare to say goodbye to the Lincoln MKZ, however, because we now know exactly when Lincoln will pull the plug on the luxury sedan.
