This is because the track features numerous elevation, camber, and surface changes, along with tight turns and open straights. These are all scenarios that the daily-driven car will encounter, albeit not on a racetrack. Although details about the new electric SUV are scant, earlier reports have indicated that we can expect a range of up to 310 miles, which isn't too bad for a heavy, battery-laden SUV.
