Mini Tesla Cybertruck Fitted with Air Cannon and High-Power Laser Is True Doom

It’s been half a year since the world was gifted a miniature Tesla Cybertruck, but the guys behind the build still don’t seem to have run out of ideas when it comes to what to do with it.

Assembled in the garages belonging to a group called Hacksmith, the mini Cybertruck is about half the size of the real thing, but other than that is has all the functionalities Elon Musk’s latest insanity comes with, including a tri-motor system that allows it to develop 627 ft-lbs of torque.

So much so that back in February we’ve witnessed it taking on a 2016 Chevrolet Spark, a 2014 Polaris RZR and finally a 2010 Ford F-150 XLT in tug of war challenges that yielded unexpected results.

February was the last time we’ve heard anything about the Hacksmith Cybertruck. Until this week, that is, when we learned the machine got weaponized.

Tired of letting the vehicle gather dust in a garage somewhere, and allegedly responding to public demands, Hacksmith decided to weaponize the tiny Cybertruck and send it off to makeshift battles.

The first thing the group did was fit a welded, aluminum air cannon at the back of the truck and have it shoot stuff, including apples, at various concrete structures.

Despite the added weight – the cannon itself, the support that allows it to pivot (a gimbal usually deploy to move a fire truck nozzle), and the gunner with a cigar in hand – the Cybertruck seems to have no problems moving around.

Then Hacksmith went for lasers, a powerful weapon supplied by Styropyro. As you might guess, the laser was used to pierce through some things (nothing fancy, though) and set some others on fire, including a mannequin.

You can watch the entire action featuring the weaponized mini Cybertruck in the video attached below.
